I created this video essay to help people understand the often-maligned art of traditional Aboriginal Australian music. I used the rhythms of David Blanasi as a springboard for this discussion. I deconstruct how Western music conceptualizes of rhythm, vs how traditional music conceptualizes of rhyth. This project taught me how to use adobe Premiere Pro.
